Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Our Fine Art Prints and Original Artworks are dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.  Overseas orders will be shipped via international courier and buyers are responsible for any import fees, duties or taxes imposed by their country on arrival.  Delivery times vary according to destination.  From July 2024, we are only able to ship to NZ, ,USA & Canada. Please contact us if you reside in a different country so that we can quote on extra shipping to you.

Unframed Artworks

All prints (Paper and Canvas) are made to order. Please allow a production time of up to 10 days.

Fine art prints will be shipped rolled and protected in a postal tube.  If you intend to get your print framed locally, please let your professional framer carefully handle the rolled artwork to prevent finger prints and other damage.  Similarly, if you plan to frame your new print yourself using a ready-made frame, please handle your rolled print carefully.

Framed Artworks

All framed artworks are custom made by our professional framing studio in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Our framing studio’s expertise and professional standards result in beautifully framed artworks ready to hang. Please allow a production time of 4-5 weeks.

Original Artworks

All original artworks are unique. Paintings will be shipped unframed to reduce weight and shipping costs.  Some originals are created on pre-stretched canvases which can be delivered to Australian addresses. For overseas destinations, we recommend the artwork is removed from frames and rolled to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Other originals are painted on rolled canvases and will arrive rolled in a postal tube ready for you to hang, stretch or frame locally.

Returns

Fine Art Prints

All our Fine Art Prints are made to order so unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or return on any artwork for simple change of mind.

In the unlikely event that that an artwork is damaged in transit, please contact us and supply proof of purchase. We may require you to return the damaged package and artwork to us for inspection so we can work out how the problem occurred.  We will give you a returns email address and ask you to send us photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork inside. Once evidence of damage has been received and we assess the problem, we will offer you a replacement reprint if the artwork is a print.

Original Artworks

If an original artwork arrives damaged, please contact us so we can resolve the problem.  We may require you to return the damaged package and artwork to us for inspection so we can work out how the problem occurred. Unfortunately original artworks are one-off creations that cannot be replaced so once evidence of the damage has been received and we assess the problem, we will offer you a refund or the option to acquire another original artwork of equal value.  Similarly, if you are not entirely happy with your original artwork purchase once you see it in your home, let us know. We will either arrange for its return and issue a full refund (minus return shipping costs) when we receive it back or send you another replacement of your choosing if preferred.
